Getting my question answered by LAUREN CONRAD!
"Hi Lauren, I am currently taking a journalism class and I love all things fashion and beauty. I even have my own YouTube Channel dedicated to it and a blog too. I really want to work in the fashion industry- maybe editorial or design. Do you have any tips for me?"
I had wrote this via letter to her a couple of months ago, aware that she may never respond. But in my favor, The Lauren Conrad responded to ME! Okay, I know I may be sounding a little bit crazy! But being that she is my idol it just means the world to me! I got my question answered and now I am on the next step on achieving my dreams.
My plan:
- Get a job A.S.A.P to save money
- Graduate High School
- Move to California
- Get an internship with a fashion magazine (Preferably; Teen Vogue or Seventeen)
- Get accepted to FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising)
- Create Contacts (Work back stage in Fashion Shows)
- Create my very own Fashion Line!
I know my dreams may be big, I have been told this millions of times! I have been told that I simply "Can not do it." Well that my friend you are wrong! As off today Monday, August 20th, 2012 at 7:48pm is when my dreams start. I will not accept "No" as an answer, I am determined and ready for a bright future.

Taking the chop!
She did what?
I know the world is supposedly coming to an end but that doesn't necessarily mean you need to chop everything off! Anne Hathaway, did just that; a new look for the ripe old age of 29! The pixie cut has been trending for quite some time now first starting with celebrities like Emma Watson and Victoria Beckham. In my opinion I think this was a mistake for Anna, she is still young! When I think 20's-30's I think medium to long hair, not boy cut. I think long hair makes you look more youthful, but if you are going for a more older look than gee golly get a pixie/boy cut. Whatever floats your boat, what do you guys think on Anna's new look?
Bangs, Bangs & More Bangs!
It seems like everyone and their mother is getting bangs this season! Side Swept, Straight Across, Chopped; you name it they got it! Personally I think bangs are very cute, pretty much anyone can pull them off. I just have never taken the plunge and got them done, I'm to much of a chicken. What do you guys think about bangs?
Enjoy!

Review: Revlon Colorstay Whipped Creme Foundation!
Review Time!
Hey beauties! Long time no see, today I will be sharing with you guys a little slice of heaven!
Not literately but something close to it, makeup wise that it. I was in the market for a new foundation, and read many reviews and decided to try out the Revlon Colorstay Whipped Creme Foundation.
The hype on this product was like no other, many people said they LOVED it, and I would have to agree with them. It left my face feeling smooth and light, a feeling that last throughout the day. Many other foundations of mine wore off within a few hours due to the hot weather here. It was good to find something that worked for me, and that is why you should try it too!
Pro's:
Inexpensive: $10 (walmart)
Long lasting
Light weight! my skin can breathe
A little goes a long way
Con's:
Finding a good way to apply it
Fairly large jar, very little product
Drying without moisturizer
Overall this product is really good, a lot of the foundations I have been using before hand would make me break out a lot! This product is one of those products that you can use all year long. I tested it out for the summer, and now I cant wait to see how it works as we go into the winter!
Hope you guys found this review helpful.

Fashion Go To: Pretty Pastels
Hey beauties, so spring is now officially here which means it is time for gorgeous weather and looking your best! Freshen up your wardrobe with a few of these pieces, add a bit of color and POP and you should be ready! Since it is 'Short's Season' I would recommend dressing with less clothing pieces depending on where you live. By doing that it just adds onto that summer vibe "I could care less."
1. Pastel Dresses
The sky is the limit with these types of dresses, I would recommend buying some sort of summer dress
just to add onto the everyday casual look. If your going out, dress them up a little bit with a clutch or blazer.
2. Pastel Jeans
The tricky part with pastel jeans is making sure that they are not over powering or way to bright. You want just a little color pop. As you can seen in the picture below that is why we pair it with a white blouse.
3. Pastel Jewelry
You can never go wrong with adding a little bit of jewelry to spice up any plan outfit, it simply completes every look. That is why jewelry is so universal and an easy grab.
Enjoy!

Going Neon!?
WOAH! Were do I begin? The color neon has been cycled around in the trend world for many years. It was most popular in the 80's! Bright leg warmers and accessories really jump-started the up rising trend. Enough with the history behind the color neon! Where ever you go you are bound to find some piece supporting the trend. Whether it be a shirt or something so simple as a clutch, the color will catch your eye no doubt. This year neon seems to be the main focal point on many of the runways!
You know what that means! Grab your sunglasses and enjoy the ride!
Here were a few examples, neon is just one of those things you really have to be careful about on how you were is. Paring a simple neon clutch or heels with a desired outfit would suit it well. Just be careful my lovey's and do not go over board!
Enjoy!
